Ato Mersha Yoseph is Ethiopia’s foremost politician who has been in politics for more than forty years. Despite a temporary split in 2007, he has been the chairman of Ethiopian People Revolutionary Party (EPRP) alongside other prominent political figures such as Iyasu Alemayehu. He returned to Ethiopia in 2018 accepting PM Abiy Ahmed’s call for reconciling with all political parties. Today, he has sat down with Mereja TV to discuss current affairs in Ethiopia.
