An Ethiopian man found in Bramble Grove, Stamford has been arrested on suspicion of illegal entry to the UK.
He was stopped by a member of the public on Tuesday morning (April 16) who phoned police. The man was then brought to Stamford Police Station.
It is believed he was in Bramble Grove because he had been dropped off from a vehicle travelling on the A1.

The man was later taken to Grantham Police Station and his case will be dealt with by UK Visas and Immigration.
