ADDIS ABABA – The Addis Ababa University Senate has approved 15 full professorship awards of different scholars from various disciplines on Saturday.
The university said its senate awarded the professorship based on different criteria involving Teaching Effectiveness, Publication, Participation in University Affairs, and Public Service and Professional Activities.
Of the 15 awarded and approved full professorships, 8 are from College of Health Sciences.
The remaining professorship was given to scholars from College of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture (2), College of Developmental Studies (2), College of Natural Science and Computational Sciences (2) and Institute of Biotechnology (1).
