- Further action is expected on ambitious 2025-30 targets, with Addis Ababa keen to showcase its green credentials as host of COP32 in November 2027.
- But its bold ambitions face multiple challenges over financing, charging, local manufacturing and competition from natural gas-fueled transportation.
